Training for mentors on the project “Internship for Youth with Disabilities Employability”

In the organization of the Youth with Disabilities Forum, training for mentors was held on January 29th, 2018, for employers who applied for participation in the internship program for youth with disabilities. The objective of the training is to enable mentors to adapt to the style of learning and communication, to support the development of personal and professional abilities of interns, in order to be more effective in achieving their professional goals and career development. The training program was designed and implemented by the agency Atria, and trainers were Stanka Vučetić and Luica Radivojević.

Before training, companies were asked to identify positions for interns. According to the positions, mentors were appointed and a call for interns was announced.

The project is supported by the Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, within the thematic grant scheme “Supporting Innovative Approaches to Tackle Youth Employment and Employability “, which is part of the project “Support to the implementation of the Employment Policy and Social Policy Program in the Republic of Serbia with focusing on employment and increasing employability of young people “(” Youth Employment Initiative “) financially supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) entitled” With Knowledge to work – E2E “.
