Open call for the 6th generation of participants of Inclusive Academy

Youth with Disabilities Forum and Bank Societe Generale Serbia start the implementation of the 6th cycle of the program Inclusive Academy, which provides the improvement of knowledge and skills of persons with disabilities, as well as strengthening of their competencies in the labor market.

Inclusive Academy is designed for all persons with disabilities who wish to develop their knowledge and skills and create the opportunity for further training and employment.

The program will have educational and workshop character, and as volunteers, teachers on specific topics will be employes from the bank Societe Generale Serbia.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Venue: Belgrade

The program content:

-Computer course

-Language course

-Workshops:

HR workshop (writing a CV, preparing for a job interview)

Communication Skills

Assertive communication

Basics of personal effectiveness

Conflict Management

Career Management

Presentation Skills

Project Management

Sales skills and attitude toward customers

Finance for non-economists

Marketing and Advertising

Introducing the system of Societe Generale Bank

Number of participants: Selection team, consisting of representatives of Youth with Disabilities Forum and Societe Generale Bank will select up to 10 participants. The project will be implemented in Belgrade.

Time of realization: Educational program will last 3 months.

Participation in the Academy is free.

HOW TO APPLY?

To apply for participation in the program it is necessary to send CV and cover letter.

Deadline is April 14th 2017.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
